Terms of Service for The Truck Build

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Truck Build, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The Truck Build is an online platform that allows users to showcase their truck builds, provide links and lists of modifications, and engage with other users. The service may include communications, content, and other media that are shared by the users.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and update your information as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use The Truck Build to:

• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Truck Build, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of The Truck Build or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to The Truck Build, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Truck Build, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
